Srinivas, with his perfect execution, follow up

and involvement has delivered highest number
of Lumigan provisions of 100. Bangalore area has
achieved highest provision enrolments of 300
for the month of June.

P.Shiva Sankar identified Dr. Samata as a potential

user of Ophthalmology products, and converted
him to Allergan products. Today the Doctor contributes
Rs. 30,000 per month.

Nagarjuna Reddy, Vijayawada, has registered

40% growth for Lumigan. He has also showed
highest number of Provision enrolments
for the month of June .

Dr. Srinivas Rao was converted to Osmega by

Rajesh Vuppu, by convincing the Doctor, on
scientific aspects of Osmega. Currently the Doctor
contributes to 100 strips per month of Osmega.

a price conscious Doctor, to Optive fusion.
The Doctor now prescribes 20 units per month.

Vydehi Hospital required a speaker for conducting programs on Glaucoma and Cornea update.
We bridged the gap by connecting Dr. Sirish Nilivigi and Dr. Umesh Y to Vydehi hospital and offered
support to conduct the CME successfully.
The team welcomes all newcomers by extending full support to them in terms of Market Understanding,
Customer Profiling and Scientific Understanding.

We power ideas

In Institutes like Sankara eye hospital, Narayana Netraya, St Johns, Zaminder Eye Hospital, apart from regular work, team
has decided to understand the need of each and every Doctor by increased visits and this has made
remarkable change in business of Optive Fusion, Refresh Tears, Myticom.
They collected unmet customer profile from competitors and reached out to them. This helped them build up new
accounts of Dr. Rohini, Dr. Somnath, Dr. Gerad by ensuring them with Allergen product quality and efficcay.

We act fast

When NN4 was opened at Bannerghatta Road team acted very fast in approaching the customers and made an entry of
all products. They were fast enough to place Optive Fusion overtake competitor brands, selling around 150 vials per month
of Optive Fusion, e.g. Dr. Umesh had requested for an information on High Ouclar Hydration and Homeostasis
Quotient maintained by Optive Fusion. The team coordinated with medical team and
provided the needful within 48 hours resulting in conversion of the Doctor.

You have just seen a moment the likes of which none of us is ever likely to see again in this life
time or any life time for that matter! This is how the commentator screamed when Usain Bolt
crossed the 100m line and bagged another gold to his already filled basket of medals. When I
heard this line my first thought instantly connected with the moment Allergan is in currently. It
is indeed a moment for Allergan India, the likes of which none of us is ever likely to see again.
We are on an Uncontrolled mission spreading the Priceless Drop all across the country
probably much faster than Usain Bolt.
Like how many said back and knee injuries would threaten Bolts career, many of our competitors felt that the change of price in CMC would threaten Allergans existence. And like Usain Bolt
we have already started achieving sweeping success in this campaign.
I should say I was really stunned with the response you all gave when I met you during semester
meetings. There was not even a single person who felt that there is a challenge in CMC. Everyone spontaneously said that it was a great opportunity. I was so impressed with the active
participation in the CMC discussion. And at that point itself I knew that we were getting set to
create history. Your response to the campaign is truly priceless. The energy you show, the
enthusiasm you display and more importantly the impact you create in the market all are
priceless.
I am very confident the industry will witness yet another phenomenon in the next few months.
We will become even more undisputed. We will be present in every household.
You can observe in this issue of High Five that we already have a record number of achievers
this year and it is only sure to go up and I am very confident that we will have every one of you
making it to the ATC next year.
And probably we may have to then repeat the commentary line You have just seen a moment
the likes of which none of us is eve likely to see again in this life time or any life time for that
matter!
The fact is Allergan India has a few people from whom even Usain Bolt can draw inspiration.
While others change the rules, we change the game.
