Project Description: This Project is a Global Compensation Solution, as name signifies, used to
decide new compensation plan for all employees in Accenture globally. there were small modules
which use to collect and modify details and data of employees.HR and other business deciding team
needs this collective data to decide upon compensation plans of employees in form of reports.
Responsibilities:

Involved in direct interaction with client and understand requirements well. Analyse
the requirement and provide with the suitable solution.
Created functional and technical documents of requirements and developed
packages.
Involved in the development of SSIS packages for those daily generated reports and
in SSRS reports using Office Writer. Office Writer was used to overcome the excel
drawback of less number of rows.
SQL Server was the source and these report were extracted in excel by end user.
SSIS packages involved data quality checks through profiling, containers and various
other transformation including SCD (slowly changing dimensions), Conditional split,
merge, lookup and many more. These reports were complex reports which involved
various parameters depending upon the functionality of report.
SSRS involved complex drill down and drill through reports which involved charts and
graphs for the better understanding of end user.
To capture data from SQL Server it included complex SPs (stored procedures), views,
functions, indexes, triggers and complex queries using joins.
Performed testing of reports, SPs and data validation so that report meets all
requirement and Accenture standards.
My role was of developer where I was responsible for collecting requirements,
analyze and document those requirements. Technical and functional of reports were
created and SSIS package was developed which was used by end users to generate
report filtering the data in those reports by various parameters.

Project: Outsourcing Project Costing (OPC), Spain

Project Description: This Project is a Technology Growth platform' s system and helps business
teams, across geography and verticals, to track potential Accenture clients and deals. It provides
them a common repository where they can manage their opportunities and solution plans.
Outsourcing Product Costing (OPC) is a program that will transform how businesses will capture
and transfer costs to contracts. Within Accenture there are various projects going on. Each project
has a cost related with it. OPC provides a way to capture their actual product cost. It enables
product standardization and improved delivery efficiencies. It also enables the outsourcing
businesses to reduce the complexity of cost management for the contract. Allowing the businesses
to improve their position in the marketplace and reduce cost to serve by standardizing products
and costs.
Responsibilities:

Independently handled the Tool that is used for validating the Scheduling agreements
filled by business users for capturing costs.
Responsible for generating status reports based on which Business users can correct
their SAs (Scheduling Agreements).
Did analysis, design and build of ETL Flows using SSIS and c#.net
Created tables, identified PK&FK relationships, created indexes, created Store
procedures, did query optimization and other Data modeling activities.
Analyzed the requirements and proposed the timelines & estimates
Made use of MS Excel (used advanced formulas)and macros for managing large
amount of data of client and for the data validation.
Proposed the solution for automating the manual tasks performed using excel and
participated in brainstorming challenges with the team
Interacted with onsite team on a regular basis through mails, conference calls for
status reporting, requirement discussion, clarifications etc.

Project: Brown Bag Tracker, India

July 2009 to November 2009

Project Description: A utility - "Brown Bag Tracker" which aimed at maintaining and sending
information about these "Informative sessions" to all the people who are on ITP. It maintained the
records
whoever
has
given
the
session
and
who
all
has
attended
it.

Database Design, Designing UI of the tool (ASPX page using HTML), scripting classes and methods
for Presentation layer and business logic layer, implementing Master Pages, etc.
