Biography
Group Three Inc. is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Dudley,
MA that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer
electronics and personal computers and services. We are the one of the world's largest software
maker by revenue and one of the world's most valuable technology company.
Group Three Inc. was founded by Alexis Vasiliadis, Sagar Patel, Angela Doldo, Tia Babineau,
and Jason Frost on April 10, 2014. Since the 2016, it has become increasingly diversified from
the operating system market and has made a number of corporate acquisitions. This technology
company has since made the founder billionaires and the top ranked community supporters of
their time.
As of 2015, Three Inc. has become market dominant. The company also produces a wide range
of other software for desktops and servers, and is active in areas including Internet search, the
video game industry, the digital services market, and mobile phones. In January 2016, Group
Four Inc. entered the personal computer production market for the first time, with the launch of a
line of tablet computers.
Group Three Inc. is now looking into transitioning into the smartphone market.

I Philosophy
At Group Three Inc., we strive to focus on sharing our success with our employees by providing

We pride in having a well-rounded total rewards package that is on the same level as similar
companies in the industry, especially the geographic region. We are dedicated in offering
competitive benefits that appeal and retain top talent into our expanding company. We analyze
our compensation and benefits annually to keep up with trends in the industry. We do this by
utilizing various programs, software and data as well as trusted consulting firm. We also
aggressively compare with other companies in our industry and develop benefits that may vary
by location and region which keep with best practices and offerings as well as local,
governmental or legal requirements.
Base salary Our base salaries match up against the median salaries not only in the geographic
area but also in our specific industry through deep data capture. We issue merit increases
annually by conducting an in depth employee review. Group three Inc. fosters an environment in
which all employees continue to grow in skills and capability which is why we believe in
compensating with annual pay increase.
Time off (Vacation and sick time) Group Three Inc. bases its paid time off for employees by
tiers, the tier is usually broken down by tenure.
1. New employees up to two years of serviceOne week vacation, Five sick days and
holidays
3. Years five to ten of serviceOne month vacation, five sick days and five floating
holidays.
4. Ten years of service and beyondTwo Months vacation, five sick days and five
floating holidays.
Bonuses another dynamic element at Group Three Incs Total Rewards package is the profit
sharing bonus plan. This provides a performance incentive to increase overall profitability which
issues bonuses equally within the company for employees part of this program to promote an
environment where everyone is part of the companys success.
1. Healthcare plansGroup Three Inc. offers healthcare coverage to assist employees and their
families in protecting their health and well-being. Our healthcare plans are referred to as Flex
Benefits plans, where employees have choices that best support their specific needs with the
Health Savings Account (HSA) and 100% Preventative Care coverage being the most popular.
We designed these benefits to allow maximum flexibility to our employees.
2. Scholarship and tuition reimbursementWe have several scholarship programs available for
our employees that are looking to take a step into further education. If a scholarship program is
not available we issue tuition reimbursement for all eligible employees (Must be full time and
must take up to 6 credits a semester) by offering up to $1,000 off per year.
3. Dental Coverage - Employees and their qualified dependents become eligible for dental
coverage on the first day of the month following or coinciding with their date of employment.
Group Three Inc pays a significant portion of the premium for dental benefits.
4. Other perks We at Group Three Inc. understand the everyday stress that comes with work
routine so we have come up with perks that would ensure work-life balance and give our
employees the motivation, and quite frankly fun to succeed at work! We are always looking to
expand our employee perks but as of right now our perks include:

MEDICAL
Eligible faculty and staff, their spouses and dependent children may participate in Group
Three Incs health plans.
TYPE? (HMO, PPO, Major Medical) Group Three Inc offers two types of medical
coverage: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Health Maintenance Organization
(HMO).
CARRIER: Employees can choose from Anthem Blue Cross PPO or Kaiser HMO plans.
WHOS ELIGIBLE? Full-time and part-time employees who are scheduled to work at
least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in Group Inc Threes medical benefits.
DEFINITION OF F/T: The PPO plan features a network of hospitals and physicians that
have agreed to accept a scheduled, discounted rate for their services. Participates may
choose to visit any health care provider included in the PPO network without a referral;
charges will be paid at 90 percent of the scheduled amount after satisfying the annual
deductible. The HMO plan provides a wide range of comprehensive health care services,
including regular physicians and check-ups. To receive coverage under the HMO,
participates must use the doctors, hospitals and other health care providers within the
HMO network and must have their care coordinated by a primary care physician.
WHEN ELIGIBLE: Coverage becomes effective the first day of the month following 30
days of service.
DEDUCTIBLE OR COPAYS: Routine office visits are covered at 100 percent after a $20
co-pay. Other procedures undertaken during office visit may be subject to the deductible
and co-insurance. The annual deductible for the PPO plan is $300 per employee. This is
the amount you pay out of pocket before your health plan begins to help pay for covered
health care services. There are generally no deductibles in the medical HMO plans, but
coinsurance or co-payments generally apply for all covered services and supplies.
MAXIMUM OOP:The out-of-pocket maximum for a single employee is $2,300. This is
the most you will have to pay out of pocket for covered health care services for the year.

Benefits if the Claims Administrator determines that you have an illness, injury or other

which you are qualified) with or without reasonable accommodations
BENEFIT? This benefit may pay 66-2/3 percent of base or contract salary, less benefits
received from Social Security or Workers Compensation. Generally, benefits continue
until the employee is no longer disabled, becomes otherwise ineligible or reaches age 65.
ELIMINATION PERIOD: The elimination period is 90 calendar days.
OFFSETS Your benefits will be offset by other applicable sources of income that are
available to you.

DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN

Plan Name: Fidelity

Eligibility (who, when): Full-time and part-time employees who are scheduled to
work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in this plan. If you are an
eligible employee, you may take advantage of this plan beginning on your date of hire.

Normal Retirement: 65

Early Retirement: 62
5.
Late Retirement: 70

Disability Retirement: If you become disabled while a participant, you will be
entitled to a distribution of 100% of your account balance. Payment of your disability
benefits will be made to you as if you had terminated employment without disability.
7.
Vesting Benefit: You will be 100% vested, which means you are entitled to all of
the amounts in the account attributable to the following: elective deferrals, rollover
contributions and matching contributions.
8.
Spouse Benefit: If you are married at the time of your death, your spouse will be
the beneficiary of 50% of the death benefit unless an election is made to change the
beneficiary.
9.
Death Benefit: If you die while still employed by the Employer, your entire
account balance will be used to provide your beneficiary with a death benefit.
