Thamrin nine project is building construction project with 72 floors + 6 basement
with the size of land 3.5 hectares, the project is on the roadside M.H Thamrin
Central Jakarta , 10210 Indonesia. The cost of building this project amounting to
Rp .1 .732.000.000.000,00 . The project used the raft foundation with the system
pile ( raft-pile foundation ), the foundation is basic element of the building and
bridge. Implementation of the raft foundation with system pile, start from
preparation of determination of elevation and coordinates, making the base plate,
repair the starter bar bored pile, conrcrete bricks instalation, iron fabrication,
next work is the instalation of iron on the raft, includes instalation of concrete
decking, iron instalation at the bottom layer, shearlink instalation, shearwall
starter bar instalation, coloumn starter bar instalation, rebar steel support
instalation, iron instalation at the top layer. After instalation work, mass pouring
concrete done by workers. Start from instalation formwork and stop cor, tent
instalation, thermocouple instalation, and curing. After that, workers can start to
pouring concrete on the raft foundation with carefully until the finishing work.
The problem on the raft foundation just technical problem such as wrong
instalation and others.
