To: Training and Development Department Management
Manual: New ways to incorporate differentiated instruction into training the employees.
Objectives: Explain what differentiated instruction is and how it will help while training
employees. Go into detail about how specific strategies that will be used, while training new
employees and how they will be implemented in each skill and knowledge taught. Give
examples of how to explain and give a better idea of what differentiated instruction is and how it
is important. Use the activities in the manual to get them active in the training, so they will have
practice when they train new employees. Give the department time for questions and answers
during the training. Answer all questions and encourage the employees to come ask if they think
of any further questions. Create your own activity for the trainers and evaluate them with their
own training map.
Goal: To get the Training and Development Department educated on the new ways of training
employees. To get them to pass a one-on-one training with the manager for the new differentiated
instruction. Figure out your trainers' learning styles for differentiated learning.
Document: Document all information and do your own differentiated instruction during training
the Training and Development Department. Learn about the different ways they learn to help
them in any way to retain the information. A document from the beginning to the end of each
employee to make sure they are ready to train the other employees.
Conclusion: Show how differentiated instruction was used in training the employees in the
Training and Development Department with the documentation because the information will
give them a good example when training employees.
