Organization Background:

- XTRM 1-11
- A group of independent distributors in USANA Philippines. They have
established a credo, a handbook of rules and regulations.
- Members of this organization are not bound by contract, or any legal binding
document.
- Members are very diverse
o from students (at least above 18)
o to rank and file individuals
o to managers
o to directors of large companies
o to athletes
o to celebrities and politicians
Story:
This is a networking type of business or organization. Uplines and Downlines exists.
There is a hierarchy of leadership (Distributor, Twinkler, Elite, Mentor).
It is prohibited to have intimate relationship between members of the organization,
unless they enter the organization as couples already.
One of the mentors who has a girlfriend outside the organization impregnated his
downline which is an Elite. This is a strict violation of the organizations rules. And
the written punishment for this rule is to ban the violators from the organization.
Note that the mentor has around 500 (active) networkers under him. Banning him
would mean that he cannot access the trainings of the organization, he cannot act
on behalf of his downlines.
