SYMPTOMS

On : 12.1.1 version, Core HR - General

Scenario:
HR Professional people used to work with one "shared" FND user to
approve self-service transactions submitted by employees.
There is only one FND_USER for all HR Professional employees.
This FND_USER is linked to a person who is a contact in HR.
There is no responsibilities linked to this FND_USER because HR
Professional users are not allowed to use any SSHR features.
When a self-service responsibility including "HR Return for
Correction" function is linked to this FND_USER, everything is
working fine, ie HR Professional can use the Return For Correction
link available in the notification.
Issue:
When attempting to HR people tried to use the Return For Correction
link available in notification the following error occurs.
ERROR

Correction.
4. The error is displayed
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use the RFC feature
CAUSE
The issue is due to the fact that the "HR Return for Correction" is not
granted for the user firing the function.
