ANLISIS CUALITATIVO DE LA ORGANIZACIN DE LAS EMPRESAS Y LAS HORMIGAS

Los empresarios, lderes y las escuelas de negocios entre otros, consideran que la organizacin
de la empresa es uno de los elementos fundamentales para el xito. La naturaleza logra crear una
organizacin tan balanceada y con armona entre muchos grupos o especies con distintos inters,
hbitos y caractersticas en general. La descripcin y comparacin cualitativa de ambas organizaciones
en trminos de comunicacin, produccin, liderazgo y toma de decisin nos servir para recopilar
lecciones aprendidas de la naturaleza, en este caso de las hormigas.
