Summited offer should content following points Mandatory.

1- Unit Price as per FOT works basis :2- Net Price as per FOT works basis :3- Packing and forwarding :- (normal packing) should be included in offered price.

4- L/D Clause :- Liquidated Damages ("LD") for late delivery, a sum equivalent to 0.5 % of
the total order value for the delay in delivery for each week or part thereof until actual
satisfactory delivery subject to a maximum deduction of 5% of the total order value.
It has to be accepted by vendor-Must. Accordingly request you to please confirm delivery
time.

5- Delivery :- Best Despatch Delivery (considering QAP - Inspection witness point timing)

6- Warranty :- Supplier/vendor shall guarantee that all the items supplied by them shall
be new and free from all defects arising due to defective material or manufacturing defects. Items
supplied shall be of first class workman ship. The supplier shall warranty to replace, rectify or
repair free of cost at the factory site/client Place, the component or part of item proved to have
become unserviceable due to any of the above defects within a period of 18 months from the date
of use of the material or 24 months from the date of dispatch of item, whichever is Earlier. In the
event of the suppliers/Vendors not complying with the above within a reasonable time the OEIPL
will have the option to rectify or replace the defective parts/component after 3 weeks notice to
the supplier/vender and recover the cost from the supplier/vendor.

7- Painting :- Standard painting scheme shall be followed. Machined surface face to be

protected with rust preventive tactile coating. And un-machined surface to be surface clear
( free from rust and oil, dust) and coated with Min. 2 coat of red oxide primer.
