Play the Jump Along with Phonemes game.. Mark the floor or
sidewalk with 12 boxes in a row. Say a word.Pupils jump forward according to the number of
phonemes.Repeat step c and d with other focus words.If a pupil has jumped wrongly, then he/she moves
back to the beginning.The pupil(s) who have passed all 12 boxes are the winners.Introduce the phoneme
/t/ by showing the action.Show action of a moving train with both arms and say /t/Demonstrate how to
sound it out.Pupils say /t/ is for ch.

the most points is declared the winner.Complete the exercise on page 63 in the pupils module.Pupils
write the missing letters or words. Say a word.Pupils tap the number of phonemes on their desks.Pupils
say the number and blend the phonemes.Then, they say the word.
