Terms & Conditions

(A) General Terms and Conditions
The promotion period of this Promotion (including Challenge to Winand Best Photo
Contest) is valid from 2 September 2016 to 10 October 2016, both days inclusive ("Promotion
Period").
This Promotion is only valid at Tsim Sha Tsui Hankow Road adidas Sport Performance Center
(Designated Store).
All gifts and prizes cannot be resold, transferred and exchanged for cash, goods or services of
any kind under any circumstances.
This Promotion is subject to the relevant terms and conditions and cannot be used in
conjunction with other promotions and offers.
adidas Hong Kong Limited (adidas) reserves the right to replace the designated gift/prize
with alternative gift/prize without prior notice, or change these terms and conditions and/or
modify, discontinue or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees and authorises adidas to use and
display each of the submitted photograph(s) for any marketing purposes relating to the
Promotion.
In the interest of fairness, employees of the adidas are not eligible to participate in this
Promotion.
For any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

(B) Challenge to WinTerms and Conditions
To be eligible for playing Challenge to Win(Game Challenge), participant is required to
take a photo according to the shop staffs instruction and post the photo on the celebration
board at the Designated Store during the Promotion Period. Participant can obtain one chance
to play the Game Challenge per person per each photo taken and posted.
There is no limit to the number of times each participant may play the Game Challenge, but
each participant is only eligible to win one prize per day.
Participant can only redeem the prize on the same date of playing the Game Challenge at the
Designated Store. Any prize redemption that is not made on the date of playing the Game
Challenge will not be accepted.
Playing the Game Challenge does not guarantee that the participant will be able to win a
prize. If a prize is won and the actual prize (if any) from playing the Game Challenge is
determined by the colour ball that the participant can catch through the Game Challenge.
Only one designated prize may be redeemed per each colour ball captured.
The prizes of this Game Challenge include: (i) White Ball: HK$400 instant discount upon
single net purchase of HK$3,000; (ii) Yellow Ball: HK$250 instant discount upon single net
purchase of HK$2,000; (iii) Red Ball: HK$100 instant discount upon single net purchase of
HK$1,000; (iv) Purple Ball: one pair of adidas socks; (v) Green Ball: one piece of adidas
running wristband; and (vi) Blue Ball: a piece of adidas complimentary gift.
For prizes (i), (ii) and (iii), the instant discount is only valid on the date of playing the Game
Challenge and is not applicable to special edition, labelled items and selected ranges of
products. Any late redemption of the instant discount will not be accepted.
The prize will be redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last in this
shop.
(C) Best Photo ContestTerms and Conditions
To be eligible to participate in the Best Photo Contest (Contest), the participant is required to
submit a photo and complete all the required personal information (including but not limited to
name and contact number) in the form at the Designated Stores within the Promotion Period.

Submissions after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Incomplete and ineligible forms
will automatically be disqualified from the Contest.
adidas will select the winners based on criteria which include but are not limited to creativity,
brand passion, excitement and uniqueness of the photo. Participants acknowledge that they
cannot object to or in any way challenge adidas selection.
The winning photo will be awarded with the following prizes:
First Prize (1 winning photo): HK$10,000 adidas cash coupon
Second Prize (1 winning photo): HK$1000 adidas cash coupon
Third Prize (1 winning photo): 1 pair of mi adidas
For First Prize and Second Prize, the usage of the cash coupon is subject to relevant terms
and condition which are listed on the cash coupon.
The list of winners will be announced on adidas facebook page at
https://www.facebook.com/hkteamadidas within 10 working days after the close of the Contest.
Winners will be notified separately by telephone for the prize collection arrangement details.
Participants may submit more than one photo to participate in the Contest during the
Promotion Period. Only one prize will be awarded per winning photo, regardless of the number
of participants in the photo.
adidas is committed to protecting personal data privacy. Personal data collected in this
Contest will be used by adidas for related activities and administrative purposes only.
Participants have the right to request for access to and for the correction of personal data held
by adidas. All information will be destroyed 6 months after the Contest. For details of our our
