    Catalyst unloading and loading project

    Project Procedure

    STEP 01. UNLOADING CATALYST FROM REACTOR


    1.

    Isolate Reactor by close Manual valve inlet & outlet

    2.

    Evacuation gas inside Reactor to flare until pressure 0 bar

    3.

    open top Manhole of Reactor

    4.

    Install equipment Catalyst unloading machine

    5.

    Suck out catalyst powder to vacuum drum then drain to big bag

    6.

    Remove big bag if full and change by new one

    7.

    Repeat step 5 & 6 until catalyst in the Reactor is empty

    8.

    Record total big bag catalyst from reactor

    STEP 02. SCREENING CATALYST


    1.

    Separation old catalyst by screen machine and save in the big bag

    2.

    Record catalyst good size and off spec. size (30 60 %)

    3.

    Replace off spec size catalyst with new ones, total = 100 %

    STEP 03. LOADING CATALYST TO REACTOR


    1.

    Preparation crane on the site, man power on the Manhole top reactor

    2.

    Lift up big bag of catalyst by crane to top Reactor then pouring into Manhole

    3.

    Arrangement catalyst in the reactor until all big bag are complete pouring
