UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES OPEN UNIVERSITY BAC RESOLUTION NO. 16-057 WHEREAS, the UP Open University Bids and Awards Committee (UPOU BAC) posted the Request for Quotation for “Supply, Delivery and installation of STR Floor Mounted Spiit Type Inverter Airconditioning Unit (Including Dismantiing of Existing Unit” at the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) for seven days and continuously at the UP Open University (UPOU) website; WHEREAS, in response to the said postings, two sealed quotations were received by the BAC on 12 July 2016 from the following bidders: Fel-Aire Engineering; and Pinnacle Sphere Enterprises; WHEREAS, the prices quoted by the bidders were as follows: Name of Bidder J Price Quoted ire Engineering PhP _ 165,887.00 Pinnacle Sphere Enterprises.
