Aims:

PROCEDURE
Warm-up

The T greets the Ss and they greet the T back.

The T checks the Ss homework orally, encouraging them when it is required and
allowing them to self-correct if necessary. They had to make sentences using the verbs
to be and to have.

The T plays some recordings in which the studied verbs are used. The Ss have to pay
attention and recognize the verbs. Then they get the tape scripts and have to name and

then underline the verbs.


The Ss have to answer some questions on the texts: at least 3 questions on each text.

The Ss are given pictures of some persons- Worksheet 1

They are asked to work in groups and describe that person when he/she was a baby.

Check their answers with the audio material, and guess who the person is.

Ss look on page 2 of worksheet 1. There are some pictures described. They read the
description and choose the right picture then recognize the verbs.
