Thanks for prompt reply.
However I would like to clear that we are experiencing (& customer complaint is) vibration
when TCC is engaged at light throttle and not the noise.
Snapshot with label Complaint vehicle belongs to the subject VIN:2G1FK1EJ7A9000153, and
known good vehicle is the one which we used for comparison.
Vibration felt is same in both vehicles.
As I mentioned in TAC form that when we manually command the TCC OFF, vibration
disappears.
Please refer the below mentioned driving conditions, only 1 st & 4th conditions are different.
We did not bookmarked, as Vibration appears as soon as TCC is engaged.

Thanks for the TAC request.
We have a similar report from Al Ghandi SZR in which TAC attended the vehicle to gather data. At this
stage this appears to be an unintentional operating characteristic of these vehicles. The concern has
been raised through to quality for engineering involvement and an FPR has been created. The next
monthly update will include this concern.
The driving conditions for this concern were identified as:
vehicle speed of 80km/h (according to the gauge), Vehicle speed 40kmph & above
throttle is less than 10%
transmission is in drive mode
transmission has selected 6th gear, transmission is 4th, 5th & 6th gear.
TCC is in "controlled slip mode"
TCC slip speed is 50-90rpm
Looking at the GDS snapshots, this appears to be similar, however we are unable to tell where the noise
occurs as there is no bookmarks in the snapshot. Can you please indicate at which point in time the noise
is experienced (start point and finish point in time)?
Next, the snapshots are labeled "complaint vehicle" and "known good vehicle" but in the TAC request you
have indicated that this vehicle is the same as other vehicles. Can you please clarify this?
Once we have the above information, please report every additional customer complaint for this concern
through PIR. This will provide us leverage on engineering to assist in rapid handling of the concern.
In dealing with customers, please make it clear that this noise will not cause a component failure and will
not result in any safety related issue for the vehicle. It is a customer annoyance and is currently being
worked on. If there is any difficulties handling the customers, please escalate this to your service manager
or ATWM for further assistance.
Lastly, we will keep all dealers up-to-date on this issue through the Monthly Update.
