STRATEGY FOR THE SIMULATION GAME

ROUND 1:
I fixed a higher price for FIIs and HNIs, because higher price gives a perception
that the products are of high quality and are niche.
ROUND 2:
I increased the prices further to know their willingness to pay and how it impacts
the market share.
ROUND 3:
I brought the price down to the Round 1 level and shifted my focus on providing
better speed and reliability.
ROUND 4:
Based on the analysis, I found the optimum spending for speed and reliability
and adjusted it accordingly. I increased the training expenses to serve the FII and
HNI customers.
ROUND 5:
I increased the number of relationship managers for FIIs and HNIs.
ROUND 6:
I found the optimum number of relationship managers and adjusted it
accordingly.
ROUND 7:
I increased the prices for sub-brokers to leverage on the high market share.
ROUND 8:
I did not opt for Market Research to cut down on expenses.
