BOOTH MAKING CONTEST
1. Each team in the sportsfest shall decorate a pre-constructed booth.
2. The materials to be used shall be recycled and indigenous. The list of
materials allowed is attached herein. There will be a one (1) point deduction
for every material present on the booth that is not on the list.
3. Each team can decorate their respective booth from December 7, 2015 up to
December 16, 2015 at 1pm. The judging of booths will start after 1pm.
4. Each team shall be given a seed money of P1,500.00 to be liquidated at the
end of the decorating time.
5. The TWD Board of Directors shall be the official judges of the event. The
booths will be pre-numbered by drawing of lots by team.
6. Decorations containing the names and symbols of each team are not allowed.
7. The theme for this years booth making contest is: Kasadya ug Selebrasyon,
Saulugon ta sa Pasko sa Neon
8. The judges decision shall be final and irrevocable.
