In organization teamwork is absolutely important, because teamwork increases

worker productivity, vision and motivation in the workplace. People who work
together must understand and accept the differences that each individual brings to
the team Like age, race, gender, and ethnicity. Individuals within the organization
should work together closely for the good of the organization.
As you work with others in the workplace, you must recognize and understand
these differences. You do not need to adopt someone elses values or behaviors, but
you cannot judge a person for having in ways that are consistent with his or her
background, values, and experiences. Although your personal goals are important,
you must also be committed to the goals of organization.
Respect that showing regard and appreciation, dependability as trustworthiness,
honesty and loyalty as the quality of devoted and affection is the qualities which are
organization expect to their employees. In value and attitude clarification you may
not give much thought to how your values are different from other peoples values.
Communication is also important in the organization whether it is formal or
informal, because it is a transfer of information from one person to another.
Effective communication is necessary for understanding people of different
backgrounds include being respectful, nonjudgmental, flexible, and good listening
skills.
I learned in this chapter about the significance of quality work life.
Responsibilities, motivation, and productivity are very essential in organization.
People who work together with respect for the work place from top Management
and the rank and file will achieve the goals of the organization.

It began on the evolution of simple technology and work force to deliver the
message and services like the post master which is delivered the letter before the
recipient know the information to communicate into another person. Every minutes,
hours, days and years communication is the very importance to organization. these
are the essence that organization is continue to exist and reach its goals.
Meanwhile, the new breed of technology conquered the world because of
unstoppable innovation of technology like global communication, online buying and
selling, and virtual workforce by using computers, laptops, cell phones and other
gadgets that connects through internet.. Not only the technology changing on a
daily basis but it is also being quickly adopted by the generation that grew up with
it.
Advance technology also changes in the demands and expectations within the
business world have created a need for more complex and flexible working
environment. People can work inside their house without going to their workplace,
no traffic that consume your time and waste your energy. You dont need to struggle
from other people to reach your office on time. These are the benefits of telework to
the workers and companies.
The virtual teleworker give an opportunities to spent time to his/her family that
maintain an appropriate balance between job and home demands often difficult for
those working from home. If you are married, have a family, or live with other
individuals, you must discuss your work agreements with them.
