NATURE OF APPOINTMENT OF AGENT

By Special Power of Attorney conferring authority
to procure deed of sale parties to agency transactions.
PARTIES TO AGENCY TRANSACTIONS
The Principals from whom agent derives
his authority are Pazlinda Villamor-Sanchez, Gresilda Villamor
Lumbao and Gilda Villamor are all capacitated as shown by
their legal age. The agent who is acting in representative
capacity is Michael Angelo Gamora.
MANNERS OF CREATION OF AGENCY
Form of Agency
-Agency is expressed since agent has actually been
authorized by principal through public instrument. Agents
acceptance is expressed by his having signed the special
power of attorney.
As to its Character
-Agency is presumed to be for compensation unless
there is proof to the contrary.
As to Extent of Business Covered
-This special agency covers specific transaction of the
principal which is procurement from notarial section of
Manila City Hall copies of all deed pertaining to sale between
pricipals and Villamor spouses.
As to authority conferred
-Agency is couched in specific terms authorizing only
performance of procurement of all deeds of sale pertaning to
principals and Jocelyn Villamor Espiritu as buyers and
spouses Alfredo Villamor and Susana Villamor as sellers from
notarial section of Manila City Hall.
Obligation of the Agent
-To act in representative capacity to procure from
Notarial section of Manila City Hall copies of deeds of sale
between principals with Jocelyn Espiritu and spouses
Villamor.
MODE OF EXTINGUISHMENT OF AGENCY
-Death, Civil Interdiction, Insanity or Insolvency of principal
or agent.

-Revocation of agency by the principal by compelling agent

to return this SPA.
-Withdrawal of agency subject to giving notice to the
principals.
-Accomplishment of purpose of agency which is procurement
of all deeds of sale between specified parties from Notarial
Section of City Hall.
