Defendant, RYAN BUNDY, moves the court for an order requiring the government:
1. To deliver, within 3 days prior to trial, a list of all witnesses that it intends to use in its case-inchief at the trial of this indictment.
2. Upon discovery of additional witnesses, to supplement the list of witnesses within 3 days of
such discovery.
This motion is made on the grounds that, given the magnitude of the investigation, the
indictment, and the anticipated trial, such disclosure is the only reasonable means by which to
insure the defendant a fair trial and due process.
