play the game. Go over what muscles we will be

mostly using, which are the shoulders and arm,
because we will be focusing on throwing the frisbee
today and learning the different techniques that go
with throwing.
Warm-up: We will warm up with some stretches of our
shoulders, arms, and legs, so we can get the blood
flowing before we get into our activity. Ultimate
Frisbee focuses a lot on our shoulders and legs, so we
will be using the scooters to get our muscles warmed
up more and used to moving (Kindergarten-8th grade).
We will now go into some torso twists, lunges, high
knees, and jumping jacks to make sure we have
completely warmed up the rest of our body.

Scooters

Rules: Ultimate frisbee is about passing the frisbee to

your teammates to try to score a point. As we work on
the different kinds of throws, focus on the techniques
of each to help you throw the frisbee faster, further,
and in the right direction on your teammate. We will
get into groups of two to practice throwing to each
other.
