ENTREPRENEURIAL FINANCE

The students are required to make a group of two and have to choose either to do a project or a
case study.
PROJECT
In a project the group will start a new business venture and have to do all the financial reporting,
sales forecasting, financial analysis of the business. The idea of a business should be unique
which is not in market yet.
CASE STUDY
It is more of a research based scenario where the group will select a topic and then write a case
study about it.
The cases and projects are to be discussed in the next class, so make groups and select what you
want to do. We will discuss the projects and cases in each class and see the progress, so that at
the end of the semester we have a worthy project to present to business incubation center or a
case study to be published.
