Business Written Communication Part one basically discusses about how we can use

communication effectively, how we, as students, benefit from teamwork skills as a result of
effective communication, and communication in a world of diversity. Based on what I have
learnt so far, communication in general is very important.
Chapter one mainly talks about the definition of communication and the ways to use
communication in a very effective way.
As we move on to chapter two, we can see that it mainly covers effective communication
and teamwork skills and the reasons why we as students need it.
Finally yet importantly, chapter three basically talks about communication in a world of
diversity.
In short, what I have significantly learnt from the three chapters is that effective
communication plays an important role in our lives in general. It gives us better understanding of
the society we are living in. Therefore, effective communication helps us work more effectively
and productively.
