CONCLUSIONPetitionerwasaninvoluntaryparticipantinthecrimesbeingcommitted
becausehewassubjectedtosophisticatedhypnoprogrammingandmemory
implantationtechniqueswhichrenderedhimunabletoconsciouslycontrolhisthoughts
andactionsatthetimethecrimeswerebeingcommitted.
