SSMs Responsibilities:
1.Visit and try to make every outlet productive in each Beat
2.Make habit to use Order Book
3.Check the date and stock in outlet ( Variant Wise)
4.Rotate old dates stock keeps the damage low
5.Brief about company Schemes to retailer
6.Try to cover every new outlets in existing beat
7.Keep the SSM ARTC in mind while working:
a.S - > Salutation (Greeting)
b.S -> Store checked by Skus
c.M -> Merchandising
d.A -> Always Brief Retailer about New Product and Schemes
e.R -> Rigger in taking order by Skus
f.T -> Noted down Skus of near to expire in DSR
g.C -> Collect Cash & End Call
8.Keep the information about Competition and inform to concerned sales officer about
9.Keep the track of competition scheme and promos in market

Merchandiser Responsibilities:
1.Properly maintain Pop material at stock point
2.Regularly check for new Pop material asked stockist for new Pop material
3.Check the date of Stock exists in outlets and make them in order of FIFO at shelf
4.Clean the stock by cloth and rearrange them according to Date
5. Keep different color together to make more visible
6.More focused on Khazana outlets for stock and window display
7.Use pop properly and placed at best place in outlet (more visible)
8.Noted down about number of facing of Real and Tropicana in their DSR
9.Noted down if any large amount of damage or old dated stock exist on any outlet an
Stockist Responsibilities:
1.Provide the required Infra for working
2.Give minimum one week credit in market to increase sale
3.Supply booked stock to market in lead time of one day
4.Provide proper space for stock according to company norms
5.Maintain the track of Cheque - cleared and pending
6.Maintain and use Drishti properly - Live Drishti
7.Upload and download drishti daily
8.Provide following report on time
a.Weekly physical closing stock on 6th, 13th, 21st and month end evening
b.Claims before 7th of Every month
9.Maintain Claim file and keep track of cleared and pending claims
10.Ask SSM for their productivity on daily bases and any issue in market

Stockist level
1.Brief about company policies to stockist timely
2.Brief about proper schemes on start of every month
3.Insure Live Drishti billing
4.Insure proper supply and service to market
5.Keep the track of A class of outlet
6.Maintain track of SSM achievements and Claims and Cheque
7.Stockist profile and their growth Value and Volume wise

1.Visit the market to insure Visibility and Availability of Stock
2.Insure the proper use of Pop material in market
3.Keep the Damage and distress low by rotating stock
4.Keep the track of Competition and their schemes and other offer
