This application is for condonation of delay in filing

the Appeal against the impugned order dated 24th April,
2015. It is stated that the copy of the order was received
on 28th April, 2015 and the appeal came to be filed before
the Learned Appellate Authority, Uttarakhand, Dehradun
on 05th May, 2015. It was thereafter having realized that
the appeal should have been filed in the NGT, the present
appeal came to be filed on 03rd June, 2015. If the
pendency before the Learned Appellate Authority is taken
note of there is no delay in filing the appeal. However, this
application has been filed as matter of abundant caution.
Taking note of the above situation, M.A. No. 607 of
2015 stands allowed and the delay in filing of appeal
stands condoned.

This application is filed to grant exemption to the
appellant from the curable defects like forms, size, margin,
etc. Taking note of the fact that defects are technical in
nature, M.A. No. 609 of 2015 stands allowed.
