Sub:- Change of date of holiday on account of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) during

2016.
As per list of holidays circulated vide Ref No. IITP/ADM/Holidays/2016 dated
05.11.2015 in compliance to Ministry's OM No. 12/7/2015-JCA-2 dated the 11th
June, 2015 the holiday on account of Id-ul- Zuha falls on Monday the 12th September,
2016. It has been brought to notice vide OM No. F.No.12/11/2016-JCA2 dated
06.09.2016 issued under DOPT, Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and
Pensions, Government of India and the same has been notified by the General
Administration Department, Government of Bihar vide Notification No. 3/H/-1/2015
G.A. 12188 dated 07.09.2016 that Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) will be celebrated on 13th
September, 2016. Accordingly the holiday for Id-ul- Zuha (Bakrid) for the Institute has
been shifted to 13th September, 2016 in place of 12th September, 2016 as notified
earlier.
