With reference to our continuous internal evaluation on the progress of the project, it is quite
evidently clear that the projects status is far less than halfway finished. We forecast that the
project will not be completed as originally planned.
Thus, it is likely that your service as construction project management of AMABANK Financial
Centre Building will be extended beyond originally scheduled. This is, until such time that the
revised overall project schedule is finalized, in which further details will be discussed pertaining
to the allowable project time extension.
