Information Guide for Facebook Page

For this project each group will create a Facebook page for one of the
historical figures during the Enlightenment Period that your group has been
assigned to. You will have three days to research and complete the project.
Use this handout to as a guide for your research before you begin
constructing your Facebook page.
Guideline
1. Name the historical figure at the top of the page
-You will need one profile picture of your historical figure
2. Information Corner/Basic Information
-Occupation (position/job)
-Birthday
-Political Affiliation
-Religion
-Hometown
3. The Wall
-Write at least five status updates on the Wall of your historical
figure.
These should be significant and relate to the thinker. These facts are
needed to highlight important events that your historical figure is
famous
for. Each comment must be about a significant SEPARATE event and
should
include an accurate date. The comment can be from your figure or
from
someone associated with your figure.
4. Personal Information (At least 2 of each)
-Activities
-Interests
-Favorite music
-Favorite movies
-Favorite TV shows
-Favorite books
(Some of the items above did not exist during this time period. What
we
want your group to do is to think about modern TV, music, movies, etc.
that
your Enlightenment thinker would enjoy based on what you know
about
them.
