Summary

Summary will show the following:


Summary is the main page of the Virtual Office. This is what the member
will see when they go to the home page of the Virtual Office.

OGV History (These are broken down by month)

o Members that are in their downline
o New members that have joined up for that month
Message Center
o Unread messages
o Important messages

Rank Qualification

Rank Qualification will show the following:

Title Rank (current rank)


Title Volume
o PV for the month
o OGV for the month
o PGV for the month
Map of what they need to reach their next level (Everything will be colored in if the Member
is meeting this requirement, if they are not it will be grayed out)
Next rank title (there will be a check mark above the title that the member is at)
Commission Summary
o Everything will be colored in if the Member is meeting this requirement, if they are
not it will be grayed out
Qualification Requirements:

Personal Volume
Lets members know how much PV they need to have for that month
Shows how much they have already earned
Organization Volume
Shows how much OGV they already have
Shows how much OGV they need to reach the next rank

Member News

Member News will show the following:

This tab is where the Member will be able to find news about Young Living. This is the Equivalent
of what we have currently as a default in the old V.O.

The Member can also find out the Promotions for that month under this tab.
This Tab is managed by the European Marketing Department.

Message Center

Message Center:
This tab is where members are able to send messages to other people in Young Living. They can also
save messages and deleted them as well.

My Organization
Downline Viewer

Downline will show the following:

All of the members that are in their downline


How many PV the downline has purchased for that month
The OGV and PGV for each member in their downline
The date of the member's autoship (if they have one)
Actions: Message, Member Info, Personally Enrolled, Qualification Status

You are also able to click on a downline. In a new window, information will come up about that
member. It will show the following:

Notes
Sponsor Path

Reports

Reports will show the following:


Various reports the member can use to organize and manage his downline, like:

New members
Leaders
Accounts with Autoship
Accounts on hold
About to go Inactive
Missing Autoship for the current month.

This will open a new window with the old Downline Viewer as in the CVO.

Quick Order
The Quick Order page will show the following:

Quick order is how a Member can place a Regular or Reward Point order.
In this tab they can choose to combine a Regular order with a Reward Point order.
If the Member chooses this, please let them know that whatever the amount they choose to
use in reward points on this order will be deducted from their PV on the order.

Under this tab the Member will have several search options.

The Member can use the product search at the top of the screen to type in the specific item
they are looking for.
There are also category tabs that they will be able to click on.

At the bottom of this screen, the Member will see their:

Product selections
Quantity
Item PV
Price
PV subtotal
Subtotal
Checkout Option

Checkout process
Step 1 - Delivery

This is where the member chooses the Shipping Address and the Shipping Method
Step 2 Payment

Here the member can choose the payment method and can choose for split payments. If PV Points
are available the member can use them here.

Spilt Payments
Member can choose to spilt their payments . This way they can pay with 2 Credit Cards.
They have to click the Split Payment button to create a second payment method.

Step 3 Order Summary

This is an overview of all the options and products for this order. When the member clicks Place
Order the order will be final.

Promo Prompt
Promo Prompt will automatically upsell members when their cart total is within 20% of the PV
level required to qualify for a promotional reward.

Promo Prompt shows as a popup at the first step of the checkout process
The Promo Prompt popup will display the closest current promotion
Applies to standard orders
Notify of how many points needed to add to qualify
Call to action to keep shopping to qualify
Promo Prompt does not display for the ER template

*Note: At this time, the Promo Prompt will appear only once for a single promo level. If the customer
adds enough product to get close to the next level they will NOT be prompted a second or third time.
(This is so as to not spam the member with too many upsell messages. We hope to test multiple
level prompts in the future.)

Essential Rewards
My Monthly Order
This is where members can create or edit their Autoship order.
They can change all information by clicking on Edit Monthly Order. This will take them through all
the steps in the ER Order.

When clicking on Change Delivery you can change the Shipping Address and the Shipping Method.

Change Payment will bring you to the Payment Options

Change Processing Date will bring up a calendar window where a new date can be chosen.

To manually process the order for the current month click Process Today. This will Process the
order how it is saved at that moment, YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE ORDER DURING THIS PROCESS.

The last option is to use a Grace Month by clicking on this button.

This will show the member the following:

Summary: Balance, Expiring Points, Percentage, Consecutive Month of A/S


Redeem Points
Points History

PV Assistant
The PV Assistant can be used to add products to the A/S order in the situation where products go
out of stock when the order is processed.

The member can edit the following:

PV Goal: How many PV should the order be


Products: Which products can be added to the order automatically

This has the same information as this tab in the CVO. The member can find a lot of information here

Pricelists
Compensation Plan Information
Legal Forms

Link Builder

Here the member can build a direct link to the enrollment page with their details filled out
automatically, which can be shared via websites, email and social media.

This page will show all the standard information on the Members account.

This will show an overview of all commissions of the last 3 years.
The separate calculations can be printed.

My Order History

This gives an overview of all the orders the member made.


By clicking on the black arrow (), it will give a short summary of the shipping details and if
applicable the tracking information.

By clicking on the order number the complete order details will be opened and here it is possible the
print on overview of the order.

My Address Book

Here all the SHIPPING Addresses are shown and can be edit/cancelled or added. The green tick
indicates the default shipping address.

The page where Payment Methods can be added/edited or cancelled. The green lorry indicates the
payment method for Autoship and the green tick indicates the default payment method.

Overview of all earned voucher it will also show:
