resulting in cash constraints and reduced staff. Company needed to accurately forecast cash position daily to fund
payroll and operations. Expanded cash collection forecast / collections committee concept to add details of
projected cash outflows and availability to borrow against line of credit to meet payroll and vendor payments.
Negotiated line of credit for Rivet Software. Contacted major technology lenders, provided business and financial
information to fairly present the situation. Reviewed proposals from three banks. Original deal fell through due to
internal bank issues. Reopened negotiations and closed deal with second choice under tight time constraints.
Developed and validated strategic growth model for Scaled Agile. Companys business model for revenue
generation and keys to growth lacked clarity and focus. Created visual representation of customer acquisition and
growth model. Worked closely with VP Sales to validate and refine model; reviewed and validated model with
Founder. Model provided way to evaluate customer ecosystem and path to move customers through the process.
Negotiated agreement with key Fortune 500 customer resulting in significant recurring revenue for Scaled Agile.
