and Georgia, Kaiser in California is divided into two regions North & South with combined medical
hospitals of over 30 and 80 medical offices.

Oversaw deployment of the Epic Hospice Billing system in the Southern California region.
Key Initiative: Strategically repositioned the multimillion dollar project back on track and earned
the support of Stakeholders and Senior Level management for this regional technological
deployment
Successfully salvaged the project from being cancelled & rebuilt the team of 25 professionals (IT
developers, Clinical Project Managers, IT testing team, Business Analysts\Support teams), 10 indirect
reports from Residence Agencies, Clinics & offshore team from India via leadership by soul.
Earned Stakeholders trust & collaborated with developers and testing teams to determine
appropriate strategies for meeting the identified needs.

Key Initiative: Evangelist for corporate wide initiative on installation of Cerner Millenium for largest
laboratory in North America.

Led deployment and implementation of Cerner laboratory applications. With two major labs in
Northern California serving 94 facilities and 100,000 specimens daily, the complexities involved from

HL7 applications, Foundations, Tapestry and resolutions of support tickets.
Guided project teams in strategic deployment planning, infrastructure assessment, testing and user

response and peak quality customer service.

Spearheaded numerous innovative application deployment strategies that reduced work time
