The Next Using Your
Extravaganza! Target Demographic

Tuesday, June 15th Every aspect of your business should be focused on ap-
pealing to your target demographic. When you understand
who your target clients are, you are able to streamline your
services and marketing plan towards their individual needs
and expectations. This enables you to separate yourself from

Four Steps to Increase your Revenue Using
From 5 – 8 pm your Target Demographic

Step One: Determine your Target Demographic

It is important to determine who your target clients are. To
help you in this task we have created the worksheet
Extravaganza “Questions to consider when establishing your target demo-
graphic.” CEO Systems recommends spending thirty min-
at Mac’s utes working through this questionnaire to ensure that you

Step Three: Create a Marketing Plan

Understanding your target demographic allows you to ap-
peal to your target audience as individuals. It allows you to
focus your time and money towards the items that they
value. Use the information that you obtained from research-
ing your target demographic to create a marketing plan that
is streamlined toward your target audience.

Step Four: Employee Participation

Make sure that every employee understands who your tar-
get demographic is and what their needs are. Establish a
customer satisfaction policy that is in line with the value
system of your targeted demographic.

Not knowing your target demographic can be a very costly

mistake. Schedule some time to research who your client
demographic is and what their triggers are. In doing this,
your efforts will be focused on the desires of your clients.
Therefore, your revenue will increase through focused ef-
forts that result in meeting their needs.

Pics from Mac’s A little positive
thinking works wonders.

Extravaganza! Sometimes I am faced with things that could easily dis-

courage me. Whether it is an aspect of business or a per-
sonal matter I find that if I take a positive stance I generally
get a more positive outcome. Even If it’s a circumstance
that effects a group, being a positive influence often re-
wards everyone.

I believe that I attract what is in my life: success, struggle,

friendship, love, possessions, and business. If I stay tuned
to what’s around me, try to help where I can, do what I
know is right, and stay positive; I celebrate success and life
more often.

Next time you are feeling down, attract a little positive into
your life. Be a positive influence and face the day with a
smile. It just may surprise you just how powerful a little
positivity thinking can be.
A Social Network of small to mid size
business owners who meet at local
wine bistros every Friday. We support
each other and the establishments
where we meet. Discussions include
various ways to give and receive re-
ferrals, marketing tips and which wine
pairs best with salmon.

The Holiday Inn and associated Amici Restau-
rant didn’t open until June of 2008, yet in that
short span of time the hotel has achieved a
rank of No. 3 in the country for guest service.
The restaurant serves American-style big
breakfasts and contemporary Italian dinners.
Not your typical Italian food, many items are
“new twists on old favorites.” Try delicious en-
trees such as honey glazed salmon, chili
rubbed pork loin, clam linguini, or spaghetti and
(big) meatballs. Dinner specials change daily,
and may include citrus grilled scallops or vege-
table garlic lasagna. Enjoy a quiet atmosphere
with a great outdoor patio during the summer
months.
