Use equipment on a flat level surface. Use adjustment levelers on the bottom of equipment to help stabilize unit.

Its recommended to place an exercise / product mat beneath the equipment for added protection of floors or carpets.

Inspect product on a frequent basis. Tighten loose assemblies or hardware as needed. Replace worn or damaged parts.

ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
To ensure ease of product assembly, please take time to verify the size and quantities of all required assembly
hardware. Use the itemized parts listing for reference.
The product assembly process has been documented in easy to follow stages. Please read all assembly
instructions carefully. Take time to review the manual and familiarize yourself with the entire assembly
process before proceeding.
Assembly Tip: It is always helpful to pre-stage the items needed for each assembly step.

Although this product can be assembled by one person, we recommend having the assistance of another
individual. This is especially convenient when assembling multiple parts or moving the equipment.

Perform product assembly in a 4ft. x 6ft. flat area. Note: After assembly is completed, allow a minimal of 2-3ft.
of space on each side of bike for user access.
Do not dispose of any packaging materials until assembly of the product is completed.
Assembly tools are included, but you may also use standard (similar) household tools to complete assembly of
this product. We also recommend the added convenience of having some tape and a flashlight handy.
If you experience problems with the operation of the equipment after assembly, please reference the
troubleshooting guide in the back this manual.
For added component life, follow the preventative maintenance tips listed in this manual.

FIGURE #1

A) Mount the Left Upright (# 2) to the treadmill base frame using 2-Socket Head Cap Screws (#14), 2-Button Head
Cap Screws (#16), and 4-Flat Washers (#17). Assembly Note: Socket Head Screws (#14) and Flat Washers
(#17 ) will mount from the side, through the lower clearance holes in the Upright extrusions. The Cap Screws (#16)
and Flat Washers (#17) will mount through the front flange bracket clearance holes (See FIGURE 1)
B) Carefully route the Cable Harness (#10) through the Right Upright (#3). Once the harness is routed, tape it to the
upper end of the Upright to keep it from falling down through the extrusion. Mount the Right Upright using the same
orientation as used to secure the Left Upright in place. (Reference FIGURE #1).

A) Position the Left (#4) and Right (#5) Upright Covers over the lower mounting areas. Align the cover mounting
holes with the threaded inserts of the Upright. Use 2-Button Cap Screws (#18) per side, to secure the caps in place.

Assembly Description:
A) Plug the Display Cable (#9) into the receptacle end of the Lower Cable (#10). (Reference FIGURE #3). Tuck the

excess cable length into the Right Upright (#3) and position the mounting flanges of the Display Assembly to the
corresponding upright mounting areas. Once aligned in position, secure the Display Assembly in place using 3Button Head Cap Screws (#18) and 3-Flat Washers (#19) per upright.

Assembly Description:
Note: This product requires AC voltage. Make sure the treadmill is located near a wall outlet. (AC Power Cord will have
an approximate cord length of 6 feet).
A) Plug the Power Cord (#13) into the receptacle located on front of the Base Assembly.
Note: As an added convenience, there is an optional AC receptacle positioned on right-rear frame rail.

B) Plug the other end of the Power Cord into an available wall outlet. Safety note: For added safety around children,
unplug the treadmill from the wall when it is not in use.

C) The On / Off toggle switch located in front of the base frame should be in the ON position.
(Reference FIGURE #4)

IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES

The treadmill is equipped with a Safety Key (#11) that must be attached to the Display Assembly in order for the treadmill to
operate (power on). Use this key during training as a safety (turn-off )option. The clamp end of the Safety Key can be attached
to a users clothing and power will be cut off from the unit if the key is pulled off the display area. (Reference FIGURE#5)

The treadmill is also equipped with circuit breakers (located in the front frame base and rear end cap). The breakers will automatically activate during power surges and /or shorts. If this happens; confirm the source of the problem and press the red
button to reset the breaker.

INTRO & PROGRAM SET UP
Upon power up; An alpha-numeric message on the display will prompt you to press START. To initiate a quick start, press PROGRAM which
will allow you to choose from five pre-programmed; two heart rate controlled; user defined exercise profiles, as well as a manual program option.
The START option will initiate a visual and audible three second count down before the belt starts at a speed of .5 MPH. You can increase the
speed with the SPEED up arrow to 10 MPH and decrease the speed with the SPEED down arrow to .5 MPH in .1 MPH increments. You
may also use the convenient remote thumb toggle switches on the right and left hand rails to do the same. Or use the quick SPEED keys in increments of 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 MPH. Incline can be increased with the INCLINE up arrow to 12% gradient and decreased with the INCLINE
down arrow to 0% by .5% increments. Or use the quick INCLINE key in increments of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% or 10% for single touch control.
These controls function in any of the programs where profiles allow.
Time will count up from 0. Caloric expenditure and distance accumulated will be displayed. Pulse will be displayed if the user is wearing a chest
strap transmitter or is gripping both heart rate contacts on the display. A continuous display will show INCLINE percentage, current program,
and SPEED. An update will scroll across the blue display 4 times during your workout. It will post current Pace Per Mile, and Elevation gained
in feet.
The PROGRAM option will put you into the MANUAL control program and initiate an alpha numeric message to prompt you to adjust time
with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes. Press ENTER. (Time is divided into 20 segments.) Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs.
using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. (Weight value will not appear under calorie heading though still stored.) You may press ENTER
again to change your choices or Press START. The visual and audible three 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts at a speed
of .5 mph.
Time will count down from what was programmed. Caloric expenditure and distance accumulated will be continuously displayed. INCLINE
and SPEED adjustments will be displayed in profile on a 20 x 8 and 3 x 8 brickyard respectively. At the conclusion of the exercise a statistical
summary will scroll across the bottom of the display of total Time, Calories, Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.

PROGRAM 1 - WALKER
Pressing the PROGRAM button a second time allows you to choose the second option or PROGRAM one, putting you into the first preprogram, WALKER.
Pressing START will initiate a 3 minute warm up at 1 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 20
minutes with a maximum speed of 3.5 MPH and 4% elevation. Use any of the up or down arrows to make profile adjustments as you go
along.
Press ENTER, and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust TIME with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes. (Time is
divided into 20 segments.)
Press ENTER, and adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. by using the up or down arrows.
Press ENTER.
(Weight value will not appear under calorie heading though still stored.) A second value will appear in the calorie or CALORIE display. To
adjust maximum speed for this program, (Default of 3.5 mph.), adjust the maximum speed using the up or down arrows.
You may press ENTER again to change your choices or Press START. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt
starts and a 3 minute warm up will begin at 1 mph. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program or pre-program will begin with the programmed time, maximum speed and maximum 4% elevation. You may override both INCLINE and SPEED in any segment.
At the end of that segment, the pre-programmed parameters will be restored. At the conclusion of the program, a 3 minute Cool Down will begin. Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down and a statistical summary will scroll across the bottom of the display showing total Time, Calories,
Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.

PROGRAM 2 - FATBURN
Pressing the PROGRAM button a 3rd time allows you to choose PROGRAM 2 the, the second pre-program, FATBURN.
Pressing START will initiate a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 20
minutes with a maximum speed of 6 MPH and 6% elevation. Use any of the up or down arrows to make adjustments as you go along.
Press ENTER and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust time with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes. (Time is
divided into 20 segments.)
Press ENTER. Adjust the WEIGHT setting from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrows. Press ENTER.
(Weight value will not appear under the CALORIE heading though still stored.) A second value will appear in the CALORIE display. This program defaults to a maximum speed of 6 MPH. To adjust the maximum speed use the up or down arrows.
You may press ENTER again to change your choices or Press START. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt
starts. A 3 minute warm up will begin at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with the programmed time, maximum speed, and a maximum of 6% elevation. You may over ride both INCLINE and SPEED in any segment. At the end of that segment, the pre
-programmed parameters will be restored. At the conclusion of the program a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3 MPH and 0% incline.
Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down, and a statistical summary will scroll across the bottom of the display showing total Time, Calories, Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.
PROGRAM 3 - SPEED INTERVAL
Pressing the PROGRAM button a fourth time allows you to choose PROGRAM 3, the third pre-program, SPEED INTERVAL.
Pressing START will initiate a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 20
minutes with a maximum speed of 6 MPH and 0%elevation. Use any of the up or down arrows to make profile adjustments as you go along.
Press ENTER and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust TIME with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes (Time is
divided into 20 segments.) Press ENTER. Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER.
(Weight value will not appear under calorie heading though still stored.) You will be prompted to enter a Peak Speed and Incline. Choose your
values for each by using any Up or Down SPEED arrow, and any Up or Down INCLINE arrow. Speed default is 6 MPH and incline is
0%.
Press ENTER. You will be prompted to enter a Recovery Speed and Incline. Again choose your values for each by using the Up or Down
SPEED arrows and any Up or Down INCLINE arrows. Default is 3 MPH and 0% incline.
Press ENTER. You may press ENTER again to change your choices or Press START. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate
before the belt starts and a 3 minute warm up will begin at 3 MPH. You may override both INCLINE and SPEED in any Peak or Recovery segment. These will be new values going forward unless changed again. At the conclusion of the program, a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3
MPH and 0% Incline. Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down and a statistical summary will scroll across the bottom of the display showing
total Time, Calories, Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.
PROGRAM 4 HILL INTERVAL
Pressing the PROGRAM button a fifth time allows you to choose PROGRAM 4 the fourth pre-program, HILL INTERVAL (This program uses
a constant speed with a varied Hill Profile).
Pressing START will initiate a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 20
minutes with a maximum default speed of 3 MPH and a maximum 8% incline elevation. You may use any of the up or down arrows to make
segment adjustments though the program will revert to the default profiles of the HILL Program at the same Maximum speed.
Press ENTER and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust the time with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes (Time is
divided into 20 segments).
Press ENTER. Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. (Weight value will not appear under the
calorie heading though it is still stored.) You will be prompted to enter a Maximum Speed. This speed will remain constant throughout the program. You may temporarily change the Speed and Incline within any given segment. With each new segment, the Speed and Incline will adjust to
the pre-programmed Maximum Speed and pre-programmed Incline. You may press ENTER again to change your choices or Press START. A
visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts and a 3 minute warm up will begin at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the
program, a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3MPH and 0% Incline.
Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down and a statistical summary will scroll across the bottom of the display showing total Time, Calories, Dis-

PROGRAM 5 POWER WALKER
Pressing the PROGRAM button a sixth time allows you to choose PROGRAM 5, the fifth preprogram, POWER WALKER.
Pressing START will initiate a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 20
minutes with a maximum default speed of 5 MPH and a maximum 7% elevation. You may use any of the up or down arrows to make segment adjustments though the program will revert to the default profiles of the POWER WALKER Program and the Maximum speed.
Or press ENTER and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust time with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes (Time is
divided into 20 segments). Press ENTER. Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. (Weight value
will not appear under calorie heading though still stored.) You will be prompted to enter Maximum Speed. This speed will remain constant
throughout the program. You may temporarily change the Speed and Incline within any given segment. With each new segment, the Speed and
Incline will adjust to the pre-programmed Maximum Speed and pre-programmed Incline. You may press ENTER again to change your choices
or Press START. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts and a 3 minute warm up will begin at 3 MPH. At
the conclusion of the program, a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3 MPH and 0% Incline. Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down and a statistical summary will scroll across the bottom of the display of total Time, Calories, Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.

PROGRAM 6 FAT BURN HEART RATE


Pressing the PROGRAM button a seventh time allows you to choose PROGRAM 6, the sixth pre-program, FAT BURN HEART RATE.
This program works at 65% of your maximum heart rate based on your age using a simple formula. 220 your age x 65% to determine your
Target Heart Rate. Target Heart Rate = 220 - your age x 65%. It is recommended that a HRT chest strap transmitter (included) be worn during
this program.
Press START and a visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of
the warm up the program will begin with a default time of 20 minutes with a default speed of 3 MPH,0% elevation, and Target Heart Rate (THR)
of 124. Once started, the program, based on your heart rate, will set the Incline. By pressing any of the incline up or down arrows you can
adjust your THR. Based on this target, and your current heart rate, the treadmill will make adjustments to the incline. The program will assign an
incline keeping you within 2 beats of your THR. It will automatically increase or decrease by .5% or 1% at a time to keep your heart rate to
within 2 beats of your THR. If the treadmill is at 0% and you are exceeding your THR by 10 beats or more you will be prompt to Decrease
Your Speed using any speed down arrow to accomplish this.
Press ENTER and an alpha numeric message to prompt you to adjust time with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes (Time is divided
into 20 segments). Press ENTER. Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. (Weight value will not
appear under calorie heading though still stored.) Then adjust age using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. Then adjust THR using any up
or down arrow. Press ENTER. You may press ENTER again to change your choices or press START. A visual and audible 3 second count
down will initiate before the belt starts a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will begin with a default
speed of 3MPH and 0% elevation. It is recommended that you increase the Speed gradually to raise your heart rate to within 25 beats of your
Target. At that point, the Program will adjust the incline to achieve the desired Target Heart Rate (THR). Once started, the program, based on or
your heart rate, controls the Incline. By pressing any of the incline up or down arrows you can adjust your THR. At the conclusion of the program, a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3MPH and 0% Incline. Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down and a statistical summary will scroll
across the bottom of the display showing total Time, Calories, Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.

PROGRAM 7 CARDIO HEAR RATE
Pressing the PROGRAM button an 8th time allows you to choose PROGRAM 7, the eight pre-program, CARDIO HEART RATE. This program works at 80% of your maximum heart rate based on your age, using a simple formula of 220 your age x 80% to determine your Target
Heart Rate (THR). It is recommended that a HRT chest strap transmitter (included) be worn during this program.
Press START and a visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of
the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 20 minutes and a default speed of 3 MPH at 0% elevation, and a THR of 124. Once
started, the program, based on or your heart rate, controls the Incline. By pressing any of the incline up or down arrows you can adjust your
THR. Based on this target, and your current heart rate, the treadmill will automatically adjust the incline to within 2 two beats of your THR. The
treadmill will increase or decrease by .5% or 1% increments at a time keeping your heart rate to within 2 beats of your THR. . If the treadmill is at
0% incline, and you are exceeding your THR by 10 beats or more you will be prompt to Decrease Your Speed by using any speed down
arrow to accomplish this.
Or press ENTER and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust the time with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes (Time
is divided into 20 segments). Press ENTER. Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. (Weight
value will not appear under the calorie heading though still stored.) Then adjust age using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. Then adjust
THR using any up or down arrow. Press ENTER. You may press ENTER again to change your choices or press START. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of the warm up, the program will
begin with a default speed of 3 MPH and 0% elevation. It is recommended that the Speed be increased gradually in order to raise your heart rate to
within 2 beats of your THR. At that point, the Program will adjust the incline to achieve the desired Heart Rate. Once started, the program, based
on or your heart rate, controls the Incline. By pressing any of the incline up or down arrows you can adjust your THR. At the conclusion of the
program, a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3MPH and 0% Incline. Press ENTER to bypass the Cool Down and a statistical summary will
scroll across the bottom of the display showing total Time, Calories, Distance, Average Pace, and Elevation Gain in feet.

PROGRAM 8 AND 9 USER 1 AND USER 2 CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS


Pressing the PROGRAM button a 9th or 10th time allows you to choose PROGRAMS 8 and 9, USER 1 and USER 2 customized programs.
Press START and a visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt starts a 3 minute warm up at 3 MPH. At the conclusion of
the warm up, the program will begin with a default time of 1 minute per segment for a total of a 20 minute program. Use any of the up or down
arrows to make INCLINE or SPEED adjustments as you proceed through each segment. At the conclusion of the program, a message will
scroll across the display noting the program as saved and a 3 minute Cool Down will begin at 3 MPH and 0% Incline.
Or press ENTER and an alpha numeric message will prompt you to adjust the time with any up or down arrow from 10 to 99 minutes (Time
is divided into 20 minute segments). Press ENTER. Then adjust weight from 40 to 350 lbs. using any up or down arrow. Adjust INCLINE for
