completing Certification II in Kitchen Operations and Hospitality and Tourism, where
we cater for large numbers of people and work under pressure to make sure every

I have knowledge in how to prepare and cook for a varied dietary requirements. I
know how to organise a daily routine for food and how to equipment prepare for the

day ahead. I have great communication skills and understand how to deal with
problems in a sensible manner as I have learnt this in my workplace.
