Proof of Right to Work and Address

Getronics are required, by Legislation, to obtain Proof of Right to Work and Address documents, prior to
your start date.
The following original documentation, photocopies are not accepted, must be seen, photocopied and
certified by your Line Manager:

Proof of Right to Work

Front cover, photopage and expiry date of passport

Or
o

Full Birth, Adoption or Registration/Naturalisation Certificate, accompanied with one of

the following:
o National Insurance Card
o P45
o P60
o Letter received from a Government Agency

Work Permit

If you are not an EEA passport holder you will need a valid Work Permit or other proof of
entitlement, to live and work in the UK. We shall require such documentary evidence
before you start work.

If you are providing a driving licence, we would need to see both the photocard and
counterpart.
We are not able to accept mobile phone bills or standard letters from bank or utility
companies as proof of address.

You will not be able to start your employment without the above documents being seen before your start
date.
