Classwillbebrokeninto8groups.Twogroupswillexploreoneofthefollowingsetof
variables.Variablegroupsare1)numberofbladesandlengthofblades;2)Massof
bladeandmassdistribution;3)bladepitchandgeneratortype;4)gearratios.Student
willusetheWindTurbineExperimentSheettorecordtheirwork.
Reviewofsafety,reminderabouttheimportanceofhavingtheabilitytoshareout
meaningfulresults,andreminderofnotwastingmaterial.
Eachgroupwillwriteuptheexperimentaldesignpriortoconductinganyexperiment.
