The mission of University is:
To initiate critical thinking and interpersonal abilities among budding entrepreneurs.
To provide the platform for entrepreneurs of tomorrow to hone their skills for their
benefit and the benefit of the society as a whole.
To contribute to the society by creating a world-class set of job providers .

The university is focused on creating knowledge and skill based platform where budding
entrepreneurs can learn to apply theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios.

The focus will be on roping in a differing and comprehensive group of understudies, workforce,
staff, and graduated class willing to cross scholarly limits in a society where development,
entrepreneurial considering, and activity are esteemed and encouraged.

We believe in giving back to the society. As such, our focus is on nurturing skills and transforms
the students into job-givers of tomorrow.

Strategic Planning:
The result is a plan that you would expect of our University; it does not look like a
plan of any other university, but it does look likecreative, thoughtful, pragmatic,
and ambitious.
A plan, of course, is only a beginning.
Renew the staff with regards to scholastic needs and imminent retirements.
Identify a few departments or graduate fields of critical importance to the university
and move them into a position of world leadership while working to prevent others
from losing such stature.
Create a society in backing of instructing in every department across campus.
Develop more grounded associations or ties crosswise over universities that improve
educational opportunities for students and the quality of disciplines
Develop and implement strategically focused, cost-effective enhancements to the
infrastructure support for research, scholarship, and facilitiesincluding the libraries
& Research facilities.
Make huge advancement towards more diversity, among students, staff & faculty.
Strongly connect public engagement with university's area of strength in research,
scholarship, education, and training.

Positioning:
Positioning is "the place a product occupies in consumers minds relative to competing products."
Since we are the pioneers in this industry, the positioning should not be a problem as there are no
direct competitors. The positioning is done such that the customers exhibit faith in the university that
it will hone their entrepreneurial skills.

Target Market Analysis:


Our target will be youth in age groups of 18-30 years. Preferably those who have completed their
graduation.
Positioning in Advertisements:
We will utilize daily papers, Facebook pages, Television ads, hoardings for advancing our
business. We shall also target undergraduate colleges for the same.
