Object:

The general scope of this study is to examine of customer satisfaction of internet


lease line towards the Tata communication ltd.
The objective of the project has been classified are primary and secondary
objectives:

Primary object;
To analysis the satisfaction level of customer towards tata communication ltd

Secondary object
How the customer choose their respective ILL and broadband services
To find the awareness among the customers about Tata communication
ILL and its new product
To find out the problem faced by ILL users
To analysis the position of Tata communication ILL against against its
competitor
To identify the customer preference
To make suggestion, to improve existing condition.
Hypothesis;

H01. Majority of potential customers are satisfaction with ILL
services offered by the TCL
H11. It is possible to potential customer satisfaction level with
the help of suitable research technique.

H01. To more satisfied the customer are with the speed of data
transmission, the higher is the customer satisfaction
H11. To more satisfied the customers are with after sales
services, the higher is the overall satisfaction.

The population include all the existing and potential users of
different ILL services in Bangalore

50 respondents

Research design:
There are different types of research design, consisting of literature survey,
descriptive research consists of case studies and statistical method and the
experimental research consist of surveys, field research.
For the collection of data I will go throught

Desk research

Field Research:
Field research is the search the direct contact the customer and collect the
information about the customers behavior and customers opinion. In held
search, I will collect primary data through this method

2. Questionnaire
Interviewing: it is face to face interview which collect the information
about customers opinion. It also include telephonic interview and . I
will interview around 150 consumers.

Questionnaire: A questionnaire is the help for collecting information


directly given by a person and information real consist of like and
dislike, opinion and beliefs, experience about the services etc.

Desk research
For collecting secondary data
Search the product review on net and looking for magazine and media
for adverts.
I will go for the companys branch office and ask about the internet
lease line product, Price and data sheet.
Search buyers guide and direction for product specialization and
background.
