For Incolab Services Colombia S.A.S. is of vital importance to measure your level of
satisfaction with our services of quality and quantity control of solid fuels, as well as the
technical and logistical support we provide. The feedback from our Clients is the base upon
which the continuous improvement of our Organization is developed, so we present to you a
survey where your opinion will help us decide which improvements to implement so our
services meet your needs.
You will be able to rate the more relevant aspects of our services using a scale of 1 to 5, where
1 is deficient and 5 outstanding (with an option of N/A, or Not Applicablefor those cases
where a given service has not been provided) and comment on our handling of complaints and
claims. Finally you will have the opportunity to make comments or suggestions that you
consider pertinent, to help us grow as a Company. Your comments are not only welcome, they
are highly appreciated.
