Country-exit enhancement to cover the following scenario:
The employee has availed authorized leave of absence (Authorized Unpaid Leave)
during first 9 months as he was not entitled to availed annual leave. The prorated
annual leave shall be accrued.
E.g. The employee has availed 5 days authorized unpaid leave. The accrual is
correspondingly reduced to 2.02 in the month. The base of 26 days in a month is
used to calculate proportionate leave as = ((26 days in month 5 days Unpaid leave)
* 2.5 entitled annual leave per month) / 26 days
