Cheryl Hoskinson observed my classroom for 3 hours to view 3 different math lessons. The first day, Cheryl spent her time recognizing and observing students. During the next two sessions, Cheryl combined her observations with her theory, as she worked with a small group of students. She demonstrated patience and encouragement.
