An intensive work-based and 300 hour life-long learning media/theatre,


arts/development communication and social communication related
professional disciplines. Highlight the outcomes of a 3 year Bachelors
degree in Communication Arts.
This on the job training secures the PWU Communication Arts graduate
COURSE DESCRIPTION
among the media workforce of the country. Moreover, an additional feature
of this program in the inclusion of the basics of job related learning such as:
writing a winning resume, interview, personality development training,
power dressing and etiquette. A comprehensive portfolio of the practicumer
is required.
By the time you complete this course, you should be able to:

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Grasp the entire essence of his/her Bachelors degree in


Communication Arts by taking the proficiency examination in
Communication Arts to be given by the practicum coordinator and
the media partner. (i.e. Radyo Singko 92.3 FM, Yes FM, Philippine
Daily Inquirer, UNTV, APT Entertainment)
Be theoretically and technically excellent in all production work,
outputs, projects and other related job skills in TV Network, radio
stations, publications, Ad agencies, production houses, and other
multimedia related institutions.
Abide follow/follow the rules and regulations of the following media
related offices/departments: KBP (Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng
Pilipinas), MTRCB, NCAA, CCP.

3. Late submission of the course requirements will automatically get an INC grade.
