Step 1

Open your Excel spreadsheet, click on the "File" menu and


choose the "Save As" command.

Select "Comma Separated Values (.csv)" as the file format and
save the converted file to your Mac's desktop.

Launch the Address Book application.

Open the "File" menu and select "Import."

Highlight the CSV file on your desktop and click on the "Open"
button.

Hold down the "Shift" key and select all of the contacts you want
to export to a vCard file.

Step 7
Click on the "File" menu, expand the "Export" submenu and
choose "Export vCard."

Step 8
Navigate to the location where you want to store the vCard file
and click "Save."
