What is ethics? Why is ethics so important?

How does it relate to

my project? Ethics in my own words would be, doing things morally correct.
Relating this in terms of emerging technology would be to design something
that is beneficial to society without it costing too much. Emerging
technology's cost should not exceed its value. Another words, there should
be no buyers-remorse from anyone who decides to purchase this new
technology. Also, the harm from this new emerging technology shouldnt
harm society and this new technology should be a better way rather than the
conventional way. The ethical importance of using Fuel Cell Vehicles is not
only does it cooler to change from gas but there's also zero emissions with
these vehicles. Meaning is much better to the atmosphere. I will use this
section of ethical analysis to discuss the ethics associated with Fuel Cell
Vehicles and discuss whether the ethics are deontological or teleological in
nature.
