Inspect Grout and Padding.
Monitor all installations to ensure they meet the Engineering designed spec
.Ensure that all site works meets the designed specification by
implementingQualityControlplansandprocedures(ITP'S/Method Statement) for
efficient and effectivesiteconstruction works
Prepare reports on Anchor bolt torque
Involving in different inspection related activities for the ongoing project within the
areas of company's contract also maintain quality system in respect to ISO and
project spec.
Monitor and Inspection of Mechanical equipment's installation such as Turbine,
Compressors, Diesel Generator, Pumps, Blowers, Vessels, Stacks and Furnace.
Participate actively in Pump Alignments Inspection.
Implementing WPS/PQR, and interpretation of construction drawings, and P&ID
according to project specifications.
Conduct internal Quality Control Audits along with various projects specifications
and follow up closing actions of all corrective actions and actionable observations.

Plant and Compression Facilities. There are different procedure are available ,for erecting
some equipment the vendor shall be provide the procedure.

1.Normal erection procedure is that first of all foundation should be ready,for the static equipment
like column,vessel,drum,etc the anchor bolt should be available with foundation.
2.Foundation inspection should be conducted ,anchor bolt inspection to be conducted.
3.chipping and padding
4.padding inspection

5.preparation as per approved Lifting plan,Tandem lifting

6.position the crane as per lifting radius
7.prepare sling,spreader bar,shackle and other tools
8.lifting with 2 crane until the equipment is in vertical position once the equipment is in vertical
position remove tailing crane
9.swing the crane to foundation point and erect equipment,check orientation,verticality etc.
10.after alignment tight the bolt and go for inspection
11.after inspection go for final grouting
