Write a motivation that is based on the criteria provided that takes into account:

Real examples and evidence of critical incidents that reflect the criteria (site the behaviours

Give an indication of the impact that the evidence had on the organisation

The safety record of the manager

Criteria
In addition to the managers performance and safety record, we will make our selection on
the evidence provided in the nomination about the effectiveness of the Managers leadership
as defined by the desired Eskom Leadership Brand as described below:
