a sport star has drawn much attention from many people. In my opinion, mere talents would
not fully determine ones success but rather the nurture from teachers or trainers.
trainers
On the one hand, there are several rea
reasons
sons why some people believe it is talents that matter.
Firstly, they believe that some particular skills could not be taught or trained,
trained or at least they
would take a considerable amount of time to be enhanced; and yet the odds for success are
uncertain. The instinct or logical mind of chess players, for example, are usually seen as
exclusive.. Secondly, many people concede that hardwork does
oes play a part in ones success;
however, inborn abilities are the root of greatness.. There is convincing evidence of
prodigies in the history of music such as Mozart that proves the validity of such a viewpoint.
view
If he had been without the taste for music at an early age, he would not have become one of
the most outstanding composers of all time.
On the other hand, I would argue that what dictates ones failure or success is nurture. Any
child with strong determination could be taught to excel in sports or music. Even if gifted,
a person could easily turn his talents into no use without teaching and direction. Additionally,
it is believed that everyone possesses his own hidden gifts which always need to be
discovered and sharpened before actual acknowledment.

Humanity
The judge could give the best response
CONCLUSION
Sample answer
People have different opinions
nions about what factors should be taken into consideration before
any convictions. In my view, the judge should base their decisions on both the circumstances
and motive for committing crimes.
On the one hand, I understand why some people insist on fixed punishments for different
kinds of law violation. Firstly, they think it symbolizes a society of justice and equity where
criminals of the same type are condemned equally. Secondly, fixed punishments for those
who fail to comply with the law could act as an effective
ctive deterrent against offenses.
offense
Felons, for example, are dangerous members of society and need to be punished according
to their heinous actions.. And if they knew they could convince the judges and jury to relieve
his sentence by one way or another,
another, fairness would not be guaranteed.
On the other hand, I would argue that the motive and circumstance of any illegalities should
be contemplated closely. It reflects humanity existing in parallel with every decision of
conviction. Certainly manslaughter iin self-defense could not possibly be compared with a
premeditated murder.. In other words, the circumstance in which the crime is carried out has
to be on the list of consideration. Additionally, the judge could decide the best objective
response to a case based on many perspectives.

feed his family should be exempted from sentences

In conclusion, I would side with people who think not having fixed punishments is better,

greatly differ, depending on individual points of view; however, workers anticipation for

CONCLUSION
Restate my opinion
Sample answer
People have different views about whether a university should supply students with courses
of only academic knowledge or necessary skills that they might need in the future. In my
opinion, the main role of a university should be the foundation for careers after graduation.
Certainly the provision of knowledge and skills which would be of use in the future is vital
for college graduates.. This is because employers always require their potential employees
have enhanced skills such as language proficiency, Engl

skills. Experience and professional working attitude are also indispensable when applying
for a vacancy. Those, unfortunately, hardly fall into top priorities in many university
cirruculum which still wastes resources on raw and rather impractical academic
knowledge.. Therefore, students who are too involved in attending classes, economics for
example, would find it even more challenging to compete with others who have sharp
insights into the business world.
On the other hand, it is absurd to deny the relation between what would be learned in
university and what would make an impression on future employers

provide access to activities which would help participants improve their skills for future work,

the possibility of unemployment would be inevitable.
inevitable. This would demotivate people from
pursuing tertiary education since universities could not meet their real demands.

In conclusion, I am in strong disagreement that university should separate their functions
f
from the actual requirements of the working world and I believe giving access to necessary
knowledge and skills to graduates is tremendously important.
