Title: Cooking Starch Dish Spaghetti

II. Objectives: 1. Perform Mise' en Place.


2. Prepare and cook a starch dish.
3. Attractively present the starch dish.
III. Tools/Utensils/Equipment:
Gas stove
Chopping Board
Grater
Spoon
Plate
Colander
Measuring Cup
Tong
Saute Pan
IV. Ingredients:
1/2 kilo spaghetti
1 box of Cheese
3 pcs. Onion
1/2 tsp of Oil
V. Procedures:
1.

Knife
Fork
Measuring Spoon
Sauce Pan

1/2 kilo Tomato sauce


Corned beef
1/2 gallon of Water
1 can of Reno

Pinch of Salt
1 clove Garlic
Pinch of fine Pepper

Perform Mise' en Place.


2. Saut the onions and garlic in a saute pan.
3. Put the corned beef.
4. Then, the reno. After a few minute put the spaghetti sauce.
5. Put a pinch of salt and fine pepper to taste.
6. Wait to simmer.

7. Serve.
