Executive Summary
I choose Bank Alfalah Ltd. for my project; it is a commercial bank and offering a
large number of products and services for his nation in a convenient and efficient manner
and on the other hand providing maximum benefits to their customers.
I choose products and services and departments of Bank Alfalah and study about
it. I took information about the departments of Bank Alfalah Ltd. from the staff of Bank
Alfalah Ltd. Gujrawala Branch. The situational analysis of BAL reveals that it is going on
progress day by day in its all products and services. I took its Financial Analysis analysis
and also evaluate the weaknesses, and recommendations for Bank Alfalah Ltd. In its
ATM card section i observe that BAL is providing maximum features to the customers
with latest technology and less charges but still have need of some improvements.
Furthermore, I wrote in this report about the future prospects of the Bank Alfalah Ltd and
did its organizational analysis with reference to the industries listed on the stock
exchange. After analyzing and evaluating all the data, i recommend some points for its
improvement to invest more in opening new branches and to extend their ATM network.
Overall working of BAL is well and it is moving efficiently in the country.
